GSBF Boxing classes are perfect for all ages and levels of fitness.
Our classes provide a complete body workout including the development of superior upper body strength, core strength, coordination, stamina, agility, cardiovascular fitness, improved balance, posture and endurance.
GSBF boxing classes focus on teaching boxing technique and drills combined with an all over cardio and strength training workout.
Each class commences with a warm-up and finishes with a warm-down, with each session concentrating on bag work and pad work, whilst developing fundamentals as correct boxing stance, footwork and punching technique.
At GSBF we’ve designed our classes to suit all fitness levels and have experienced and accredited trainers to coach you through each session and keeping you on track to achieving your goals.

Due to current covid restrictions we have restricted numbers for each class so please book as early as possible as to secure your preferred classes.
Please note, all members are required to bring their own gloves and wraps for each class.
If you do not have any you can purchase items from reception.
*For all sparring sessions, head gear, mouth guard and groin guard are compulsory.
