CLASSES

GSBF Boxing classes are perfect for all ages and levels of fitness. Our classes provide a complete body workout including the development of superior upper body strength, core strength, coordination, stamina, agility, cardiovascular fitness, improved balance, posture and endurance.

 

Our GSBF boxing classes focus on teaching boxing technique and drills combined with an all over cardio and strength training workout.  Each class commences with a warm-up and finishes with a warm-down, with the main part of each boxing class concentrating on bag work and pad work, whilst developing correct boxing stance, footwork and punching technique. 

 

Boxing classes are also great for stress relief. You will experience an intense workout while improving your core strength in a fun group environment at the same time.

 

At GSBF gym, we’ve designed a number of classes for people at all levels. What ever your fitness goals are, we will help you get there.  Simply pick and choose the classes that you like, when it best fits your schedule and book in your class.

*Please note, all members are required to bring their own gloves and wraps for each class. If you do not have any you can purchase items from reception. 

Head gear and mouth guard are compulsory during sparring sessions.
