Super Fit Boxing classes are perfect for all ages and levels of fitness. Boxing classes provide a complete body workout. Some of the benefits of boxing training include the development of superior upper body strength, core strength, quickness and agility, cardiovascular fitness and improved posture.

 

Our boxing classes focus on teaching correct boxing techniques and drills combined with an all over cardio and strength training workout, helping to improve endurance, co-ordination and stamina.  Each class commences with a warm-up and finishes with a warm-down, with the main part of each boxing class concentrating on bag work and pad work, whilst developing correct boxing stance, footwork and punching technique. 

 

Boxing classes are also great for stress relief. You will experience an intense workout while improving your core strength in a fun group environment at the same time.

 

At GS Boxing Fitness Gym, we’ve designed a number of classes for people at all levels. If you want to go far, we’ll get you there. Or if you just want to lose weight and keep active, we have the class for you. Pick and choose the classes that you like, when it best fits your schedule. Book your spot now in our next sweat fest. All Members are required to bring their own gloves and wraps for each class. If you do not have any you can purchase items from reception. Head gear and mouth guard are compulsory during sparring sessions.
